Terms of Service

You may use this site to learn about our work and to contact us about a project. You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access to restricted areas such as the staff back office, or use automated tools to scrape or overload it.

Discovery, build, and support work is defined in a written scope or proposal for each engagement. That document controls deliverables, timelines, fees, and change handling. Nothing on this site is an offer or guarantee of a specific result, price, or delivery date.

Setup fees and ongoing monthly fees are stated in your proposal. Unless agreed otherwise, setup fees are invoiced at project start and recurring fees are billed monthly in advance. Late balances may pause active development and support.

On full payment, you own the business data in your platform and receive a perpetual license to use the system we build for you. We retain ownership of our underlying frameworks, reusable components, and general know-how, which we may reuse on other engagements.

Live demo links and shared credentials on this site are provided for evaluation only. They contain sample data, may change or be withdrawn at any time, and must not be used to store real business or personal information.

Each side keeps the other's non-public business information confidential and uses it only to perform the engagement.

Services are provided with reasonable professional care. Except as required by law, the site and services are provided without additional warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the affected work in the preceding twelve months. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Either party may end an ongoing support arrangement with thirty days' written notice. Work completed and fees earned through the termination date remain payable, and we will cooperate on a reasonable handover of your data.
