Privacy Policy
Last updated 2026. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you submit a project request or subscribe for updates, we collect the details you provide: your name, business name, email address, and any notes describing your operation. We also collect basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, used only to keep the site fast and secure.
How we use information
We use your information to respond to inquiries, scope and deliver custom software projects, provide support, and send occasional updates about work you have asked us about. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Client data in custom platforms
When we build and operate a platform for you, the business data inside that platform belongs to you. We access it only to build, support, or troubleshoot the system at your request, and we keep that access limited to what the task requires.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses only the cookies and local storage needed for core functionality, such as keeping staff signed in to the back office. Any analytics we use is aggregate and does not build advertising profiles.
Storage, security, and retention
Data is stored with reputable cloud infrastructure providers, protected in transit with encryption and restricted by role-based access controls. We retain inquiry records for as long as needed to serve the relationship, and remove them on request.
Your choices
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@deelahsystems.com and we will confirm the request and act on it promptly.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and revise the date above. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
