Deelah Restaurant — Salana

Your menu, your tables and your private events — on one system.

A single-location restaurant shouldn't need a reservation widget, a separate events inbox, a PDF menu and a spreadsheet for large parties. Salana is one platform: the live menu, the booking flow, group and buyout enquiries, and the experiences you sell beyond a normal table.

How it helps

Everything a guest asks for, handled in one flow.

Living Menu

The menu guests read is the menu you maintain — courses, tasting formats, allergens and seasonal changes edited once and published instantly, no designer and no stale PDF.

  • Courses, tasting menus and pairings
  • Allergen and dietary flags
  • Seasonal and 86'd item control
  • Publishes to the site instantly

Reservations & Covers

Guests book a real time slot against real capacity, with deposits where you need them, and the house sees the night as a cover plan rather than a list of emails.

  • Time-slot booking against capacity
  • Deposits and cancellation rules
  • Service-by-service cover view
  • Guest notes and repeat-guest history

Group & Buyout Enquiries

Large parties, private dining and full buyouts come in as structured enquiries — headcount, date, menu tier, budget — instead of a paragraph you have to decode and reply to twice.

  • Structured group enquiry form
  • Menu tiers and per-head pricing
  • Quote, deposit and confirmation
  • Party sheet for the floor and kitchen

Experiences

Chef's table nights, wine dinners and seasonal experiences sold as their own ticketed offerings, with capacity and pricing of their own.

  • Ticketed experiences and seatings
  • Capacity per experience
  • Prepaid seats
  • Waitlist when sold out

Inside the platform

The house view and the guest view.

Guests get a clean booking and menu experience; the house gets the night on one screen. Both read the same records, so nothing has to be re-entered.

Live demo

Don't take our word for it — open the real thing.

This is the actual Salana build, not a slideshow. Browse the guest side end to end: read the menu, walk the reservation flow, look at the experiences and start a group enquiry.

What to look at

  • The menu — courses, tasting formats and dietary flags
  • The reservation flow — date, party size, time, confirm
  • Experiences — ticketed chef's table and wine dinners
  • Group enquiry — headcount, menu tier, per-head pricing

It's a live in-development build, so everything you see is sample data. Nothing you do in the demo affects a real service.

Platform overview

Salana

Salana is the restaurant line, currently in active development. The menu, reservation, group-booking and experience modules are built; it is not yet running a full service in a live house, and we won't claim otherwise.

It shares its foundation with the catering platform already deployed in a working kitchen — so the cost-control and event machinery behind it is proven, not theoretical.

  • Built

Menu, reservations, group enquiries and ticketed experiences.

  • In progress

Floor-plan level table management and service reporting.

  • Shared foundation

Same core as the live catering and kitchen platform.
